Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Luminous Hair Gloss! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, resellable condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Wash your hair with shampoo and dry it. Apply an appropriate amount of product evenly and wait up to 5 mins, then rinse
